On the grounds of the former police headquarters in the southern inner city of Cologne, a vibrant urban quarter was created that combines the use types living, shopping and working. The new Waidmarkt development present itself as an open and yet intimate location with a high quality of stay for residents and occupiers.

The ensemble of buildings, including the office schemes on Waidmarkt and Blaubach, the hotels Motel One and Adagio on Tel-Aviv-Strasse, retail units such as the REWE supermarket, six residential buildings and 409 underground parking spots, was completed in its entirety in late 2012 and was rated by the DGNB with the GOLD certificate.
