On the grounds of the former police headquarters in the southern inner city of Cologne, a vibrant urban quarter was created that combines the use types living, shopping and working. The new Waidmarkt development present itself as an open and yet intimate location with a high quality of stay for residents and occupiers.

The ensemble of buildings, including the office schemes on Waidmarkt and Blaubach, the hotels Motel One and Adagio on Tel-Aviv-Strasse, retail units such as the REWE supermarket, six residential buildings and 409 underground parking spots, was completed in its entirety in late 2012.
