A new urban development center is being built in Cologne-Braunsfeld: A quarter of four buildings, a modern, attractive architecture and high-quality campus. The six- to seven-storey building complex is arranged around an oval place with a high sojourn quality and a variety of uses. A new inner city center will emerge. Different types of use such as office, retail, gastronomy, hotel, fitness will be in line with the central location in Braunsfeld. An underground parking with more than 300 parking spaces and e-charging stations is provided. A DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) certification as well as a WiredScore certification is planned to reach. Completion is planned until Q3 / 2022.
