The Co-Living and Hotel project is being developed close to the city, 600 m northeast of Leipzig’s main railway station and adjoins to the south by the River Parthe, which is constantly flowing through. Along Berliner Straße, a closed hotel development is planned. A three-star-superior  hotel will have a maximum of approx. 224 guest rooms distributed over seven storeys. The courtyard situation should be loosened up, greened and upgraded with high quality of open space. The Parthe is accompanied by an meandering building complex consisting of three buildings of five to six storeys, connected by three-storey intermediate buildings. A Co-Living concept is planned for this courtyard development. Furthermore, an underground car park with approx. 90 parking spaces is planned.
