Description
The former Victoria Haus from the 1950s was completely stripped out and redeveloped. The façade, whose originally horizontal articulation conveyed the impression of two separate building sections, was merged to present both wings as a unified whole.
Defining Aspect
Redevelopment of this inner-city building included rather special highlights: expansive, fully glazed façade in crystalline blue, a tower of regionally sourced sandstone, state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical services, IT equipment satisfying international standards.
