A new urban development center is being built in Cologne-Braunsfeld: A quarter of four buildings, a modern, attractive architecture and high-quality campus. The six- to seven-storey building complex is arranged around an oval place with a high sojourn quality and a variety of uses. A new inner city center will emerge. Different types of use such as office, retail, gastronomy, hotel, fitness will be in line with the central location in Braunsfeld. An underground parking with more than 300 parking spaces and e-charging stations is provided.

The quarter development was awarded the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) pre-certificate in gold. In addition there is a WiredScore certification, also with gold status, upon completion by Q4/2022.

Köln, 08.08.2023. Mit der Vermietung von 1.430 Quadratmeter Gesamtfläche an REWE ist der Bürocampus OVUM in Köln-Braunsfeld vollständig vermietet. REWE mietet für 15 Jahre und fungiert als Nahversorger inkl. Gastronomieangebot für das Quartier und seine Umgebung. (more…)
